To apply for the OWU REU/RET, you should complete and return the appropriate application form below. You can submit it via postal mail, e-mail or FAX; the contact information is at the end of the application. You should also arrange to have at least one letter of recommendation submitted, by a professor if you are a student or by an appropriate supervisor if you are a teacher. Letters of recommendation can also be sent by postal mail, e-mail or FAX; we will follow up with the recommenders of successful applicants for verification. You may have additional letters sent to us if you wish.

If you plan to return your application via postal mail or FAX, choose the appropriate PDF form. If you wish to email your application to us, please use the Microsoft Word^® document and return it as an attachment to the email address on the form. Note that the free-of-charge OpenOffice suite can be used to fill in the Word document.
